Here is an interesting site that will spark debate. Ockhams-axe.com is an insiders scientific view of what is being sold to us as "Green". Believe it or not, it certainly makes you think. Well - I'm just back from my holidays (2 weeks in sunny Spain) it was my first holiday for a few years and I'm feeling great and energized. The power of the sun is truly amazing, it's like I'm a solar cell and I've been recharged. I think we all get in the way of thinking that we have so much work to do that we need to always work late, work weekends and skip holidays. A break really does make you more productive. Todays Zen lesson is "less is more". Take your hols. Take breaks during the day and clear your head. Todays secondary Zen lesson is "conquer your fear" - check out the roller coaster I went on!
