I hope you noticed that we have a new BIG Idea on the ideas page. This idea was presented to the BCS and the feedback as been good. There is an organisation that currently does something similar http://www.e-learningfoundation.com/ so I'll be contacting them to see if I can help them and also the BCS will be looking at home they can support the e-learning foundation - so great news! Here is an interesting site that will spark debate. Ockhams-axe.com is an insiders scientific view of what is being sold to us as "Green". Believe it or not, it certainly makes you think. Why not donate your old PCs to charity? By doing this via Computer Aid you can be sure that you comply with WEEE regulation, that your data is securely removed (although if you have your own IT resource I recommend doing this internally) and that anything suitable will be provided for charity.
